As a manufacturer of ventilation components with decades of experience in the development and production of multi-blade dampers, nozzles and weather-resistant louvers, we advise our customers on the selection of the right types and ultimately also on manufacturing.
Our patented multi-blade damper kits are quick and easy to build and offer superior functionality. All bearings, gears and blades may be combined as desired for a versatile product line.
All steel profiles and plastic parts are manufactured on modern computer-controlled production facilities at our site in Ichenhausen.
AIR-CONTROL, THROTTLING AND SHUT-OFF DAMPERS
Air Control-Throttling Shut-Off Dampers for adjusting the pressure and volume flow of air streams in ventilation systems. The choice of the correct type depends on the specific requirements of the application.
Various materials are available, such as galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Slats are available in widths from 50 mm to 165 mm to optimally cover all size ranges, from mini blinds to XXL flaps. The installation depths also vary, ranging from 65 to 180 mm.
Multi-blade dampers an be designed with opposing slats, but also with slats rotating in the same direction.
The drive can be via internal or external gears, or as a linkage drive.
Flexible connectors
Flexible connectors or compensators are essential components in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They serve both to decouple structure-borne noise and to compensate for expansion and contraction, particularly in applications such as fans, heating and air conditioning units, and air ducts.
The strip material with welded-on keder profile is available in various widths. It meets tightness class C according to EN 13180, is tested according to DIN EN ISO 846, and is suitable for use in HVAC systems according to VDI 6022. It is also flame-retardant according to DIN 4102 B1.
The frame material is available in galvanized steel or stainless steel (1.4301) with a 20 or 30 mm flange.
For optimal handling, we offer a band cutting machine and a band welding machine that are tailored to the keder profiles.
Weather-resistant louvers
Air intake and exhaust grilles with aerodynamically shaped, fixed louvers that provide effective protection against rain. The grille is equipped with an integrated bird guard and is available in numerous variations and materials.
From mini version to XXL size
Aerodynamically optimized, fixed louvers in various dimensions: 30 mm, 68 mm and 82.5 mm and various materials:
- Galvanised steel in two different blade sizes
- Natural anodized aluminum (E6/EV1) or
- Powder-coated according to RAL-9010
- Stainless steel V2A
Pressure Relief Dampers
Pressure Relief Dampers are designed for use in intake and exhaust air openings of ventilation systems.
When the system is running, the slats of the blinds are held in the OPEN position by the airflow.
When the system is switched off, the aluminum louvers close automatically.
Various frame types can be constructed, such as ducted installation, blowing, or suction. The individual louvers can be connected via a rod system.
